Hey everyone,
During these 'unprecedented times', I decided to watch a Netflix film which was released almost a year ago. 'The Social Dilemma' was a film that covered all things social media; discussing the problems relating to it, how people use the various platforms and the potential fake news that is shared with the entire world. With professional advice, guidance and revelations from people who used to work for or control these big companies including Faceook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest among others. It's a great film to explain what happens behind the social media doors, and parts of the industry that we don't see as the general public.

I think during this pandemic, people have either used social media 10X more or have stopped creating and posting content on any social media platforms, which is something that I've done...(other than posting a cheeky image today before I get my haircut on April 13th), but other than that, I've only been using a handful of applications to communicate with people, but all my notifications are off and I try and distract myself with other things such as;
-Writing reviews about new music, including albums, individual songs and music videos
-Connecting with new people on Linkedin and planning projects for the future
-Taking time away from those social media apps to focus on keeping my mental health stable
-Regularly watching television shows including the news, and catching up with documentaries and films that I've not watched yet
-Playing a new game called 'Tengaged' which is a website with Big Brother style games with various game modes. I've been playing for a few weeks now and I'm literally addicted!
-Applying for jobs and opportunities almost everyday, surviving on Universal Credit and trying to go for walks either by myself or with friends including Hannah, Sophia and Ayshe!
