Episode 16 of The Circle and things are gradually coming to an end! To begin this episode, Andy said that both Felix and Syed are his closest alliances in the game, and Manrika said that she needed to get Pippa, Femi, Felix and Syed to the final so there 'isn't space for Dorothy and Andy', with Femi adding that he wanted to get Andy out. Syed started a private chat with Andy to check in on him to see how he was doing, starting with a restaurant joke explaining that 'Ivanna / I wanna' people to spend more than £20 in his restaurant. He also admitted to Syed that he had a disagreement with Manrika yesterday, to which Syed said 'they're the two people I'm backing the most!'. Andy said that he appreciated Syed reaching out and added that he really needed the chat. Syed expaliend that he would not want to have to pick between the two of them.
Felix invited Femi to a private chat and decided to apologise for his comment calling him a 'strategic player' and Femi added that he needed to try and make Felix feel bad. Felix replied with 'I'm truly sorry if I've upset you #BigBroAlways. Femi also added that Felix doesn't know about the group chat with Pippa and Manrika, adding 'how long can I keep that from him?'. Dorothy also started a group chat with Andy and Felix as she revealed that Andy could tell Dorothy a few things and she is close with Felix. Andy admitted that this was the first time in The Circle that he's second guessing things, adding that he had a private chat with Femi and it was obvious that Andy had said something that clearly upset him, and he wasn't prepared for. After Dorothy and Felix tried to console him, he said 'the people I'm close to, I might actually be close to', with Felix admitting that 'I look at Andy and I say you're the strongest in here...but the ratings say otherwise'.
The next part of the episode saw the final 7 players play a game called 'Judge a Book by it's Cover' where each of the players had to create a book cover for another player. Syed's cover of Dorothy was titled 'age is just a number', and each of the books had a title, sub title, blurb, estimated retail price and overall rating...with Syed adding that Dorothy's book would be free! Manrika's image of Syed was titled 'what the bloody' which was one of his most popular phrased in the game so far, with the subtitle as 'where have you been all my life?' Manrika added 'you can't put a price on me and Syed's relationship. Pippa book cover for Femi was called 'spinning plates to success', and Felix realised that Pippa had just friendzoned him in her reply to his comment, and after Andy commented #TripleThreat, Manrika was shocked how Andy knows about their group...or whether it was just a coincidence. Andy's book cover of Manrika was titled 'Queen of the Circle' and was priced at £14.99 which Manrika called cheeky, and she sarcastically said 'you should have added betrayal onto that'. Femi added that some of the emotions were actually aimed towards him. Femi's book cover of Andy was the most controversial as he titled it 'the non-strategic entrepreneur' with the subtitle 'a guide on how not to get to know people'. Syed stated that 'these are major shots being fired', Felix stated that it was catty and all Andy could say was 'Wow'. Femi said that he 'kept it 100' and Pippa added that 'everyone's banging on about how they love honesty, and Femi's done it'. Dorothy commented and said that Andy and Femi need to have a chat, stating that Andy is one of the genuine players in the game, and after Manrika's neutral reply to the image not sticking up for either Femi or Andy,, Andy said that he's got to mentally prepare for Manrika.
Felix decided that it would be a good idea to start a lads chat with Syed, Andy and Femi called 'the lads chat' to which Femi said 'Felix is annoying me now with this lads chat...why are we going to have a discussion?' as he knew that they would bring up the Femi v Andy drama from the earlier book cover game. Felix explained that Andy seemed to be apologising and it wasn't getting him anywhere...but the group chat could be a good way to speak about Manrika, adding that he was 'more disappointed that Manrika didn't defend me as much as I would have defended her' with Andy admitted that he 'might have turned the slides here in my favour'. It was over to the players to rate eachother from 1st to 6th place, with Manrika stating that 'this was fun at the start, putting friends at the top and not knowing what you're doing...but now it's all about strategy'. Dorothy aded that she wanted to put into the Universe that she would love to be an influencer tonight. Some of the ratings included Femi putting Pippa 1st,, Pippa putting Manrika 1st and both Dorothy and Felix putting eachother 1st. Other ratings included:
Femi: Manrika 2nd, Felix: Andy 3rd, Dorothy: Manrika 4th, Syed: Andy 5th, Femi: Andy 6th, and both Andy and Manrika rating eachother 6th
Manrika started a private chat with Felix to discuss the previous ratings, and Felix admitted that Manrika wanted to speak about something, but always starts her conversations innocently'. Felix stated that Andy was thinking too much into the game and Manrika added that Andy wasn't being himself, especially with the pressure of everything, and it might have messed him up a little. Felix also said 'it's not just me who's seen a change in Andy!' The next set of ratings were as follows:

1st: Felix...Andy said 'I just don't know how it's happened so quick with Pippa adding 'this isn't ideal for me' and Manrika confidently saying that she wouldn't be blocked from The Circle because Felix had become an influencer!
Manrika stated that both Femi and Pippa would probably be worried about the blocking as she's not up there as an influencer, and Pippa said that she wasn't sure if Dorothy felt the same way as she felt for Dorothy, with Felix stating 'Right Dorothy, let's make the right decision'. Felix added that hopefully the blocking would be quite straightforward and that they would agree..but that's when Emma WIllis entered their screens as an alert. She said that 'this will be a blocking like no other...you now both have the opportunity to knock out your biggest competition...the other influencer'. Felix said that 'it would mean a lot for me to win' and Dorothy stated her confusion saying that 'Felix might not even be Felix', but they both decided to 'Not Block' the other influencer, with Dorothy saying 'oh I'm so glad!'. Both Dorothy and Felix were then sent another alert that told them tonight would be a double blocking, and they would choose one player each to block and unable to discuss their choices. Dorothy said that there's 'only room for 1 old person in here' adding that if she gets rid of Syed, it will only be here. She added that she understand what it's like to be a newbie so felt for Femi and Pippa, explaining that it's difficult to make conversations and graft on with people quickly. Felix said 'this is really savage, but there is literally no other way' and blocked PIPPA from the game, adding 'her loss will be the least impactful on The Circle' and Dorothy decided to block FEMI, with Manrika instantly saying 'thank God, but oh my God' and Andy admitting that he didn't see that coming. He also said that '2 of Manrika's number 1 fans are gone' and Manrika said that her 'triple threat' felt like a single threat, and she was back at square one.
As blocked players, both Femi and Pippa were told that they must now go to the inner circle where they were able to meet eachother face to face. Femi said that 'everything happens for a reason' and Pippa admitted that for some reason she suspected Femi to be a catfish, ading 'I'll be shocked if the Femi I know, is the Femi that comes through the door...'. After they met and Pippa realised Femi wasn't a catfish, he admitted that the player he went in as was the story about his parents, and his name was in fact Joey and he was born in London. They received their first alert together, and the game told them that they had been given a second chance at playing on, and having another go at winning the £100,000. If they were to win the game, they would split the cash between them. Pippa said that 'now we're going in as a big fat catfish, we have to smash the backdoor out of this. We're not losing, that's not an option!'. When they entered their new apartment together, they realised that their profile was of a priest called 'Tom', and Pippa stated that she was 'gonna have to say a little prayer tonight' with Femi saying that 'we know too much' and Pippa adding 'we know so much'
So, let's see what happens on tomorrow's episode? Andy, Manrika and Syed are the only original players, with Felix and Dorothy who are semi new to the game. Femi and Pippa are teaming up as a new player called Tom...and there also seemed to be a new male player who had entered the game, so let's see how the next episode plays out! Until then, goodbye!
