After only one day being in The Circle, Femi and Pippa decided it was a good idea to start mixing with some of the other players. Femi said 'first day in The Circle let's have it' and Pippa said 'it's going to be a wild night tonight'. Andy stated that he would be the best target for Gemma to block because he knows too much. Pippa decided to create a girls chat to see 'if they're genuinely girls', adding that 'I'll be able to bounce off of them'. She created a chat with Manrika, Gemma and Dorothy with Manrika explaining that she 'gotta lick some ar*e and show I've got a bit of personality'. After Pippa's welcomes, she asked the girls for words of wisdom, to which Manrika said 'be yourself, laugh at any opportunity and bloody wing it', explaining that she seems to have notes all over the fridge, in her book and also writes down all of her ratings. Gemma added to work on mindfulness and don't take anything personally. Pippa was curious about Gemma's admission of only being in the NHS for a few months, as she stated she had just come back from Prague, adding 'the NHS need you!'. Manrika added that she also has a friend that is a paediatric nurse and knows that she's emotional after returning home, especially being by the side of stressed out or affected families...
Felix started a private chat with Femi, and Femi started the conversation with banter, by explaining that he didn't want to be judged for not knowing that humans have 24 ribs, and he admitted that he got on really well with Manrika yesterday, with Felix saying 'I bet you bonded really well with Manrika yesterday'. Felix thought it would be a good idea to add Andy to the chat, and he said that he wanted to show that he can have a laugh, but wanted to ensure that Gemma didn't become an influencer. Femi explained that he was going to teach Andy and Felix some Yoruba, his main language as Femi, with the first word 'killon'sele' which means 'how is it going'. It was also revealed to Femi that Andy has had to make some difficult decisions, with Femi stating 'Andy's been an influencer so he must be popular', and Felix added that 'The Circle is full of absolute champs isn't it?'. Syed also decided to start a private chat with Femi adding that he could be 'someone I can build rapport with, and guide him with his decision today'. Femi explained that this could be a 'good segway to solidify a good relationship early on'. Throughout their conversation, Femi asked who Syed would choose as influencer, and he replied that he didn't want to make him feel like he had manipulated anyone, so said that he would have chosen Femi, and went on to joke about Femi having had a private chat with Pippa, calling him a 'naughty boy'. Femi explained that he had 'a lot to think about before I make this decision' and Vithun decided that he should start a private chat with Pippa as he didn't feel close to any of the original players and also the only original player that hasn't been an influencer so far. Pippa added that she was getting little brother vibes from him, adding 'I think he's adorable and I do think he's genuine!'.
The players were then involved with a game called 'Sh*t Sandwich' which was simply to create a sandwich by using 2 positive words as the bread, and 1 negative word for the naughty filling. Neither Femi or Pippa were able to play, so they used the game to find out more information about the other players! Syed's sandwich of Vithin included the words 'loyal' and 'caring', with the negative word being 'cold', and below are some of the others:
Andy > Dorothy: 'loveable and endearing, boring'
Vithin > Felix: 'loyal and comforting, controlling'
Felix > Gemma: 'caring and compassionate, manipulative'
Gemma > Andy: 'loyal and genuine, controlling'
Femi stated that 'I don't think this is one big happy family' as everyone seemed to be acting really nice in the group chat, with Manrika adding that she 'genuinely thought Gemma and Pippa were tight after yesterday's conversation. This sparked her into starting a private chat with Gemma, explaining that this was 'something I need to do...this chat is pure tactical and to do a bit of brown nosing. She explained that Tally had gone to visit her and they had a great chat about the Geezer Gals, and wanted to make sure Gemma knew she was loved, and decided not to admit to creating the snake drawing by covering it up and saying 'I can assure you, it wasn't me...I've got your back', admitting that she couldn't explain what he had done, as she knew Gemma would be the kind of person to spread this kind of information around. Gemma was confused as wondered by Syed thought the drawing was done by Manrika...and that 'when someone plants a seed in this environment, it's difficult to forget'.
Both Femi and Pippa received an alert which told them both that they were to choose an influencer, with Pippa adding 'whoever we pick now should become an ally of me and Femi because we've given them the power' and they began discussing their thoughts on all the players to decide on who they would choose. Femi wanted to discuss Andy first, which Pippa thought was interesting as she seemed to think that Femi would rate Andy quite high. Pippa explained that Dorothy comes across very fair and considerate, but Femi had doubts of whether Dot was really Dot. Femi explained he hadn't had any private chats with Gemma but she seems like a great person with a great job, and Pippa added that she wasn't against the idea, but she didn't need to be an influencer today, after speaking to one of the originals, it seemed like she had already been an influencer before. Femi explained that it would definitely be a great idea for Felix to become an influencer because of the chat they had, telling Pippa that he would be 'able to make a great decision.
Femi went on to explain that he hasn't spoken to Vithun yet, and Pippa added that he was the only original player who's not been given influencer status, and Femi wondered 'if he's the only one that hasn't, maybe there's a reason?'. Pippa explained that Manrika is a seriously lovely girl, genuine and that she really likes her, with Femi adding that she made him feel very welcome yesterday and that she could be a very good decision. Last but not least, Femi added that Syed could be touched if Femi makes him influencer and he puts a smile on his face, especially with the funny messages, with Pippa adding 'I agree, he's hilarious'. Gemma added that she was going to guess either Syed or Dorothy would be the chosen influencer and Syed admitted he didn't want to see Vithun or Felix as influencers as he couldn't trust them at this current point in the game.
Femi and Pippa were welcomed back into The Circle chat, and it was over to Pippa to reveal who they had chosen as the next influencer. After stating that this player 'made us both feel very welcome, and we believe they are genuine and fair', they revealed that the chosen influencer was Manrika, with Pippa adding 'I bet she's so happy' and Manrika saying 'I did not expect that at all'. New players Femi and Pippa were not able to rate or be rated, and as an influencer already, Manrika couldn't be rated. The others had to rate from 1st to 5th, and the player rated at the top, would join Manrika and become the second influencer. Dorothy put Felix in 1st place stating that he is honest and loyal and Manrika explained that she needed her man in the top spot, so also voted Felix 1st. Vithun put Andy in 1st place, Andy chose Syed, and Gemma also put Andy in 1st place, saying that he's the player that knows Gemma the most, and if she does get blocked, she wouldn't want it to be anyone else other than him. Towards the bottom of the leaderboard, Vithun put Syed in 4th and Manrika placed Gemma in 5th. Andy also placed Gemma in 5th place stating that 'all the conversations with Gemma could be part of a game' and both Gemma and Felix rated eachother 5th.
In the next set of ratings, the placements were as follows...

2nd: Dorothy and Felix
1st: Andy...to which he said 'I think Manrika will be really happy about this to be fair', and the camera cut over to Manrika who didn't seem very happy, and was actually quite angry...
So influencers Manrika and Andy have to make another difficult decision tomorrow, but who are they going to block next? Dorothy? Felix? Syed? Vithun? or Gemma?
